In the event that a TATTUAGE® product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TATTUAGE® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled TATTUAGE® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
You are responsible for the purchase of, and payment of charges for, all Internet access services and telecommunications services needed for use of this Website. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We cannot confirm the price of any product until you place your order. TATTUAGE® may charge you sales tax at the time of your order. TATTUAGE® currently charges sales tax for purchases shipped from Kansas City, MO and may charge sales tax on purchases from additional states in the future. If you become aware of any unpaid sales taxes or other amounts with respect to any purchases, you must promptly report this to TATTUAGE® and must timely pay such taxes or amounts.
TATTUAGE® does not take ownership to returned items until the item arrives at our shop. In the occasion that the return or exchange is due to TATTUAGE® incorrectly filling an order, product damaged in shipment, or defective product, TATTUAGE® will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred with such return if TATTUAGE® is notified within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Upon return and revision of the item and agreeing to faulty shipment, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery or ship you a new item. However, improper packaging and shipment returned may be nullified if our product arrives leaking or exposed to freezing temperatures. TATTUAGE® adhesive must NOT be shipped under freezing weather. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the costs associated with any unused return within 30 days of purchase. Used items are non-refundable.
Only online purchases from our website may be returned directly to TATTUAGE®. These exclude purchase made from any retail stores. Once you receive authorization, the returned item must arrive back unused with its original packaging to our shop within 5 days of authorization.
The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost, damaged or freezes in transit. Pack the unused items in their original package and carefully to avoid damage in transit; you are solely responsible for any such damage. DO NOT ship in freezing temperatures as this will damage the adhesive. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time. You may also exchange you first purchase by following the return policy and then placing a new online order.
If you order has been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order. The sooner you cancel your order by contacting us immediately, the easiest and faster the transition will be.
*Any custom pieces or special orders are non refundable. We are not responsible for improper care of our jewelry once purchased and delivered to our customer.
